Huntington Harbour Outdoor Mall
This project consisted of a remodel to an existing retail center consisting of 5 detached buildings including 91,220 sq.ft. of commercial space. Scope of work includes new selected materials for exterior signage, facades, and monument sign. Also included is a new design of the center courtyard area with custom trellis at water fountain.
Lakewood Modern Residence
Complete remodel and addition with 6,950 s.f. of living space including 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms with a new 1,500 sq.ft. 2nd Floor master suite. Also included in this mid-century modern home is an open floor plan with floating staircase and an 18’ sectional door that completely integrates great room and outdoor areas. Orange Sky Villas
Proposed 23-unit senior housing center located at 180 North Tustin Orange CA. Project was designed to promote a pedestrian friendly environment with pedestrian access to existing sidewalks and adjacent nearby retail amenities. The project was designed with maximum frontage and orientation towards the street while maintaining adequate security for the residence. The project was designed with “great opportunity in mind for Senior Citizens to live in the City of Orange within proximity to a beautiful historic downtown center on Glassell Street & Chapman Ave. The proposed Senior Center will enhance the existing fabric, thus increasing business to local retail centers and the community within the City of Orange.”
Pacific Palisades Residence
Proposed addition and complete remodel to this existing single-family residence located on hills of the Pacific Palisades with 180 deg. ocean view. This Modern Farmhouse home boasts 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, and a stunning ocean view deck.
Redondo Beach Condominium
New Contemporary 3 Unit Condominium Development consisting of approximately 9,160 s.f. of total living space. Each unit includes a basement level living area with covered 2 car garage, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms at 1st level, an open kitchen, living, and dining room floor plan with 4th bedroom & full bath at 2nd level, and ocean view roof top decks. Construction to begin in October of 2019.
RMD Marketing Commerical Building
Complete office renovation for the Saddleback Educational Publishing Corporation, Located in the Kalmus Drive Office Center. Proposed renovation consisting of 4,300 s.f. of industrial creative office space in collaboration with Gatehouse Studio, located in Stonemill Design Center in Costa Mesa. Project completed in 2017.
Beverly Hills Condominium Tower
Proposed condominium tower in the city of Los Angeles located adjacent to Four Seasons Hotel, in the city of Beverly Hills California. Proposed tower is 18 stories high and includes 84 residential condominium units, with a roof top pool deck and ground level entertainment, pool and sports center. Project also includes private luxury three-story town homes located at the rear of condominium center with private gym and views of the Hollywood sign. Work performed while employed at Nadel Architects.
Beverly Hills Residence
Custom 3,600 square foot Contemporary residence, which includes 1,400 square foot basement for 3 subterranean parking spaces, including a gym and library. Proposed design incorporates contemporary design features with dramatic cantilevered elements. The rear yard is designed with panoramic views of the pool and surrounding hills and incorporates exposed steel columns allowing for an open outdoor loggia.
Bullitt Production Office
This 1920’s unreinforced masonry building, located in the famous Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles was seismically retrofitted to allow for a new 2 story production office consisting of 5,389 square feet. Also included in the project’s scope of work is a 6,000 s.f. restaurant.
Castaway Hotel
Client approached us with the idea to rebrand this existing Midcentury Motel. Remodel consisted of a 1,170 square foot second floor addition and renovation to overall building. Project received approval from the City of Orange Design Review Committee and Public Hearing. Project completed in 2019.
Corona Del Mar Catamaran Residence
Complete Modern remodel and addition to an existing 2 story traditional home, with ocean views consisting of 3,445 square feet of living space with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and luxurious 3 car garage. Also included in this midcentury modern home is a beautifully landscaped front and rear yard renovation with custom trellis above a custom built-in barbeque area.
Costa Mesa Office

Downey Nexx Burger Restaurant
This 2,020 s.f. restaurant was designed and built from the ground up. Client asked us to take it to the NEXX level and create something for his new brand of gourmet burgers. Nexx Burger is located 7414 Florence Ave. on the corner of Florence and Old River School Road in Downey, CA.
Duello - Arts District Restaurant
This 1920’s un-reinforced masonry building, located in the famous Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles was seismically retrofitted to allow for a new two-story Art Deco Restaurant consisting of 6,316 s.f., completed in 2018. This restaurant boasts a beautiful entry bar area, open and private eating areas, and a chef’s table looking right into the kitchen. Also included in the projects scope of work was a 5,389 s.f. production office.
Fullerton Residence
This home located in the prestigious Fullerton Hills consists of 2,819 square feet of living area, including four bedrooms, four bathrooms, open modern floor plan with 14ft. high vaulted ceilings. The floor plan allows for integrated indoor/outdoor spaces with views of the custom Baja stepped pool and detached pool house. Also included is a custom outdoor barbeque and firepit covered by dramatic cantilever canopy.
Hermosa Beach Residence
Custom 3-story Contemporary home includes 2,485 feet of open plan living space and floating steel staircase, 3 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, with ground level workshop, and three car garage with tandem parking. Cantilevered balcony decks from main living and master bedroom areas allow for breathtaking ocean views. Construction to begin in November 2019.
Huntington Beach Mixed Use
Proposed 3 story ground up, mixed use project located on the famous Pacific Coast Highway just two blocks from the pier and Main Street consists of ground level ocean front retail space, with enclosed parking garage. With second and third floor residential units consisting of open floor plans and ocean view from bedrooms and outdoor decks. Also included is a rooftop terrace with panoramic ocean views.
2889 Way Lane Corona Del Mar
Complete remodel to an existing 5,500 s.f., 3 Story Modern Coastal Residence. This home boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with an open courtyard with ocean views from all areas of the home. It is located off the bluff of China Cove and Corona Del Mar’s Hidden Beach. This landmark home will be completed in Summer of 2021.

Proposed 5 Unit Condominium Complex located in the San Diego Bay, with ocean views and Modern Mediterranean Design, consists of 11,024 sq.ft. of living space, with subterranean parking for 11 cars, including 5 private garages. Each unit was designed with an open plan concept with each containing ocean views, with multi- purpose roof top deck for social gatherings.
